To coordinate and manage all aspects of the property sales process allowing the Lead Agent to focus on the primary dollar producing activities of prospecting, listing and negotiating the Sale.

Responsibilities include:

  • Appraisal, Listing and Sale Processing
  • Database Management
  • Marketing
  • Home Open Preparation
  • Client Communication
  • Document Preparation and Management
  • Reporting
  • Agent Support
  • Assisting and learning from Lead Agent with adhoc sales duties
